As a part of support to Ukrainian families, who came to Ribble Valley after war started, we organised a one day trip to Blackpool pleasure beach.Orrells Coach Hire Ltd kindly and generously offered us their help.We would like to appraise the company for our experience.1. Polite and professional driver, who welcomed everyone with a gentle smile2. The air condition was set to perfect temperature and there is no sign of dirt at all3. The whole itinerary was comfortable and safe due to consistently maintained speed of the bus4. Finally, the professionalism of the staffs is praiseworthy.53 people, including children, who took part in a trip were completely satisfied and thankful.

Paul was excellent. He arrived on time, helped with the luggage, and was really professional and pleasant to work with throughout. I hardly ever leave reviews but felt I had to in this instance because I've booked a few coach trips recently, and out of all of them Orrells was by far the best experience I've had.

Went to Wembley on Saturday and Paul provided the coach. The driving by himself and Wayne was superb and I can honestly say that it was the best coach trip that I have ever been on. The coach was smart, clean and comfortable but it's people that matter most and Paul and Wayne are two of the best! I was on my own but felt like I was with friends the whole journey thanks to the constant banter and chat. They were so accommodating to everyone on board and bar none the whole coachload were well impressed by the two of them. I just want to say thank you so much to both and especially to Paul the owner of Orrell's Coaches. Cannot thank Julie enough for reuniting me with my purse following a Slam Dunk Leeds to Manchester trip. Julie was so friendly and the coach was so cosy that I nodded off. Hope to use you again in the future! Thank you for getting us back!

We booked Paul for my wedding down south and I cannot thank them enough. Such a brilliant service. Coach arrived on time and stuck to the schedule. Coach was in good condition and was spotlessly clean. The guests had an amazing time. Communication was fantastic throughout. Professionally family run company. 10/10

Booked directly to take a coach of children and adults to Blackpool. Coach arrived at pick up point in plenty of time, spotlessly clean with the most lovely helpful driver Jack along with George. This is the second time we have used Orrells and would not consider using anyone else. Great communication from start to finish. Even allowedis to change our direction part way through and dropped people off near home on way back. Would give 6 stars if Google allowed it. A lovely family run company
