I had a Mac Pro which would not load the OS. Digimac spent a lot of time diligently sorting it out. They fitted a new SSD at a very reasonable price and it has worked perfectly ever since. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After a hack attack needed my laptop checked and cleaned. Took it to Digimac who did a great job and I got the laptop back the next day. They were happy to explain what they had found and cleaned. Would definitely use them again.

These people are true professionals. Efficient, honest, respectful, affordable, they have managed complicated repairs for my Macbook Air a couple of times over the years. This time, after truly severe water damage, they performed masterful computer surgery that I truly believe most technicians would not have been able to accomplish, and also would not have had the patience for. Moreover, they only charged me 185 pounds. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They never try to upsell customers, offer specific, detailed information and stay in great communication. Best digital care and repair I've ever experienced.

Excellent customer service and always helpful. I had to charge my laptop on few occasions as I left my charger in Italy and was waiting for it to be delivered. I was allowed to charge it for free and it literally saved my life. I have used this place few times before for different reasons and I always received 5 stars service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant. My Macbook air had gone blank - black screen no way I knew to bring it back to life. I had been downloading a new OS when it just stopped and died.After reading all the good reviews here I took it to Meran at Digimac. He sorted it out very fast, absolutely perfectly and very good value. Would highly recommend.

Simply awesome bunch.. very professional, honest and knows what they are doing. I took my laptop there which was damaged by a previous repair company. They were very clear on what needs to be done, how much it will cost and how much time. I was thoroughly impressed

Amazing service and extremely honest staff.My iMac hard disk broke down and I took it to a different place initially where I was told it's beyond repair and they couldn't retrieve my data. That wasn't the case with Digimac, they spent a whole week retrieving the important data and I couldn't be any happier.They kept me updated and offered help choosing a new computer from any other vendor too.I highly recommend them, they know what they're doing and very honest.
