We had an excellent service from Carisma Wills especially from Donna. Despite the pandemic everything went smoothly and efficiently. We had a Zoom meeting to discuss our requirements and it was subsequently all done by email. It's good to have peace of mind. Thanks.

I had a needed to organise at WILL at very short notice due to a deterioration in my husbands health, this was over the New year bank holiday weekend.I looked at local solicitors and Carisma Wills Ltd appealed to me. Over 10years trading and local.I contacted the firm on the Bank holiday Monday , I had lost track of days due to tiredness. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response and an appointment booked for the Wednesday. This was a home visit,due to my husbands poor mobility.Great constant communication between both parties.The wednesday arrived brilliant lady arrived on time. Very professional and approachable. She broke the legal terminology down into a more easy to understand language.All areas and concerns covered.The Will was wrote up at the time. A copy was sent the following day to proof read prior to the signing.The signing was arranged for the following friday (today).Absolutely lovely experience. Didnt need to find an independent witness. The company took that stress out of my hands and brought a witness with her so that the signing could be done within short notice of time.I Can't thank Donna and Carisma care enough. We both now feel at peace and settled now knowing our life saving ,Property are all going to where we wish.During these difficult times a head.They go that extra mile 110% and I would highly recommend this service and Carisma Care.

My wife and I decided it was about time we sorted out our wills. We wanted to use someone local and after a recommendation from a friend we decide to go with Carisma Wills. From start to finish Donna could not have been more helpful. I can not recommend Carisma Wills highly enough. We had our wills written just a few months before meeting Donna and I had a gut feeling they were not as we wanted.Donna looked over our wills Free of Charge and confirmed my suspicions - that they were a waste of paper.She then wrote the wills as we had intended and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
