I own a leather 70’s style leather jacket ( bought in the 70’s ) that has many memories but due to my expansion had ceased to fit me. I met with Jeff who examined/measured my jacket and made note of the adjustments required to expand the size of my jacket to allow me to continue to wear it. I found Jeff to be a very competent craftsman who has made perfect adjustments to my jacket, to say I am very happy would be an understatement, Jeff is an exceptional craftsman and very good company during my visits, he is always working to ensure the customer gets what he wants and the quality of the work is exceptional.

I took a pair of American Riedell roller skates to SPLR. I wanted them customised. I had been searching high and low for a good leather fabricator with a lot of experience. I searched online and discovered Jim who was very local. I went to see him and I got the feeling I had found the right man. Jim had decades of experience and this is what I wanted.Jim had never done a pair of roller skates but was happy to help me.I have to say Jim is a pleasure to meet and the end result blew me away.Jim I am really grateful for what you did to my boots and you did better than I expected even though you have never worked on a pair of roller skates.5 stars and outstanding work.You made 2023 a very memorable year for me!Thank you so much!

Jim did an amazing job fixing a tear in my sons leather jacket. Didn’t have to wait too long and the price was fab. Can’t thank you enough Jim, he’s happy he can finally wear it again. If anyone is after leather repairs I highly recommend Jim

It is wonderful to see a real professional at work. A trade that is dying out, he is a master working with leather his stitching first class and making of all sorts, very talented. Highly recommend My bag had seen better days, totally restored and better than new. WELL DONE

My leather target sport jacket was in a very bad way with one shoulder almost totally torn open . The other was likely to follow suite as zipping up got tougher.Although not a familiar item for Jim he refitted the shoulder, reinforced almost the entire yolk of the jacket and inserted a double strapped gusset to solve the increasing waist problem.The high quality of his work is clear to see. Cannot recommend enough!

Absolutely Top Class Service from SPLR! 5***** I had some alterations done on a brand new Alpinestars 1-Piece Race Suit and the results were amazing! You'd never even know it had been altered and now fits like a custom made suit! Thanks SPLR!

Jimmy did an absolutely perfect job on my alpinestars jacket. He made my sleeves wider and shorter. Worth every penny, I would 100% recommend.Extremely happy!!Edit:I Went to have some adjustments to new leathers and again, what an amazing job!!Can't recommend SPLR enough!!!
