Absolutely brilliant service. I got a Cupra thanks to Michelle Westall (who is fab!) She explained everything to to me, answered all my questions, however silly they might of seemed. She made sure I was fully updated throughout the process and just made me so at ease and took all stress of getting a new car away from me! Would highly recommend. Fantastic !

Daughter bought a car in Feb 23, at the time good service nice stock of cars everything went smooth..Sales person had put the wrong house number on sales form which was rectified at point of sale.. V5 was still sent to wrong address and not received.On contact regarding the issue, they did except it was an admin error and would rectify.. 5 months later still no V5, spoke with the DVLA myself. They noted the original had been returned to them but no submission for a new one had been forward.. Very poor after sales.

I absolutely love my Hyundai Ioniq. However despite a full service I’ve found a really dirty pollen filter and split wiper rubbers. They past the MOT despite not clearing the screen properly

Very poor. Once handed the cash then didn't want to know you.Took over 8 weeks to collect car. Said would offer 2 free service. Still not received after many phone calls and emails.

Shockingly poor service all round. Bought a second hand car and did a part ex. Because I didn't have the V5 at the time of the trade in I was told there was a refundable deposit of £250. Fair enough, but then it took me nearly 2 months to get the money back, despite sending the V5 recorded signed for delivery the next week and calling the sales agent every fortnight until I ran out of patience and called them out on their he will call you back

Great service from Andrew and Aidan at Huddersfield SEAT Pentagon group, very professional and knowledgeable. Great car at a fantastic price. Highly recommended. I love my new Seat Leon FR and it was well worth the 300 mile round trip especially the drive home!

AVOIDThe worst service I have ever received from any business. Purchased a car from seat Huddersfield with supposedly 12 months MOT. I got my local garage to check it over after there was a knocking underneath. Turns out both rear suspension arms were severely corroded with holes big enough to fit my hand through which quite clearly is a dangerous MOT fail making my car unsafe to drive. After contacting seat I was told to send the invoice over as soon as my local garage had completed the work. Now refusing to pay my invoice & now claiming they’re checking if it’s covered under an extended warranty. I’ve contacted numerous times as no one has kept me in the loop with what was happening. As I keep getting fobbed off every time I contact with this matter not being taken seriously I’m now escalating this to DVSA as it’s been going on weeks. Would never recommend anyone to purchase a car from here.

Too busy to do a test drive and left details for them to work me out some pricing before coming back for a test drive.99.9% decided on a Cupra Born but just needed to test drive to make my mind up would have ordered on the day if the test drive was ok.Nothing no reply or anything.Obviously do not want to sell cars???

Shocking customer service. Tried to hide a smashed brake light when I was collecting my car and I had to challenge them to fix it. They were hoping I drove off and they could blame me. Rude and 9 months on the car is still not right and they want to charge me over £600 to investigate a problem that Pentagon first raised. AVOID !!
