Katja is extremely good at what she does, she has made me see things from a new perspective. Thanks to her work, I now have a much better and happier life so if you are looking for help, she is probably one of the best.

I came to Katja at the end of 2017, on the brink of exiting an 8 year marriage to an emotionally abusive and controlling partner- and yet desperate to endure the tyranny for the sake of my 2 children. I felt like a completely broken man- my spirit crushed, I felt like I was teetering on the abyss. 19 months later I have a completely new life. I am very happily divorced, independent and in a deeply loving, reciprocal relationship with a special person. I have my children 3 nights a week and love our new life together. I feel like I have been reborn with a new vigour for life. The journey between these 2 points would have been impossible without Katja's support, wisdom, perspective and compassion. Simply put, I don't know where I would be today without her- I am so grateful. At times the sessions could be challenging and very intense, but her approach and fresh perspective on my problems meant with each encounter things become more lucid and less daunting. To begin with I would see her in person but when I moved back nearer my children we would talk via Skype- which was equally useful and very convenient. Whilst Katja always remains humble about her role in my journey- I am under no illusion, she was paramount to my escape from misery, I will always be incredibly grateful to her for everything. If you are going through your own struggle- I cannot recommend her more highly.

Towards the end of 2018 something happened (couldn't say what) my confidence had totally totally gone, my self belief had gone and I had panic attacks in public and my anxiety and OCD had taken control of my life. My mum was searching for a really long time to help me find someone who could help me and she found Katja. Through regular sessions with her I can now say my quality of life is great. She gave me the opportunity to see things in a different way and to recognise the ability that I had with myself and I am incredibly greatful for it. I would highly highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Katja for the past few years. Having been in therapy for most of my life, with Katja, I finally found my voice to speak up freely and explore my PTSD/ Family issues. I was at my lowest point in life when I first met Katja, so lost and tired. But thanks to Katja, I am now thriving rather than just surviving.With Katja’s help I was able explore and understand my past relationships and my reactions. I had complete freedom of speech FINALLY.Through working out my fears, patterns of behaviour, I was able to understand more about myself and my defence mechanisms.I am now at a point in my life where I am so much happier, confident and more importantly in the driving seat.
