The teams that come to my house and care for me are excellent, very professional and very helpful, a great company.

Fantastic service for my Mum. Caring, thoughtful, punctual and polite care. No task is to much. The Carers also add nice touches to visits, such as lovely prepared meals, fun, chatty and very pleasant.

The teams that come to help me is amazing and very helpful and do anything for me to help, very well mannered, caring to my husband, always cheersfull, I'm very very happy with the service, recommend

This company is fantastic. All of the carers are lovely with my mum and they manage the relatives around her with professionalism and care. Nothing is too much. The management team are always on hand to talk to and tailor the care plan to Mum's ever-changing needs. Thank you. You are all very much appreciated.

A sad situation. While many of the care team have a lovely personality, I question if they own a watch or have ever been trained. Hoisting an elderly gentle man of 90 from one side of the house to the other in mid air in the hoist is so not acceptable and beyond unsafe. They continue todo this despite being asked not too... and a wheelchair being provided to make it not necessary todo this ! Medicine is signed off as TW, meaning taken and witnessed, I didn't realised that mean having half the medicine left on the table or part of a liquid drank if ANY at all ! Completely false recording of medicine ! While I understand they are working to a deadline, these mistakes compromise the health of the people needing these services... I Reported these issues to management on more then one occasion to management and it still continues relentlessly .... if I didn't mention it already.... its a total joke and beyond unsafe. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

My father has problems with mobility and has had to have career's come in 4 times a day. We've had a couple of different companies supplying the career's, and the best by a long way are Passion healthcare. Every single person they've sent has been excellent, but Raj, Wardo and Sonya have been especially good.They're always happy to help in anyway they can. Always have a smile and most importantly, to me, encourage my Dad to do his exercises! Thank you!

The carers who come to my wife 4 times a day following 2 brain operations in 3 months, could not be more caring.They have become part of the family and we could not be happier.
