I've redirected most of my hermes/Evri parcels here multiple times due to Evri/Hermes not ringing the doorbell at my place or just leaving it outside my place so I had to choice but to redirect it and so far most of my items were delivered safely here and was able to get them no hassle at all

Worst parcel delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of using. I've been waiting over 6 weeks for a parcel from mainland UK and they won't even respond to messages about it
