Very efficient and professional. I now have a loft space I can use to safely store things and a new loft hatch that is much easier to use. The process from phonecall to quote to the loft being boarded happened very quickly. The guys arrived on time, worked quietly and cleared up after themselves.

Quick and reasonably-priced quotation and they welcome communications between the team and customers. The installation was perfect from start to finish and the team paid attention to details in it. Random old loft boards were removed in my 3-bed house, with top up insulation and raised loft boarding. All these were done in 2 days with approximately 12 hours of on-site hard work. Very efficient indeed!

Excellent quality and service throughout, from getting a quote through to the finished installation. They gave me options on the quote but weren't pushy or trying to upsell me. The installers were punctual, polite, finished on time, and left everything tidy. The boarding and ladder are both installed to a high quality and we now have the perfect loft to use for storage. We had a full loft boarding a new loft ladder and hatch installed and a great experience from start to finish.Adrian came to quote a provided some really important things for our consideration that other companies who had quoted hadn't mentioned. We received a quote with 4 options and got to see images and videos of previous work to help with our decision making. At no point was there any pressure to proceed.When we moved forward, the team took about a day and a half to complete the work and they were brilliant; friendly, tidy and professional. The completed work was impeccable, even the smallest nooks and crannies were boarded for a perfect finish. I would, and have, recommended HCLL.

Excellent service from start to finish. As you would expect from a company that specialise in Loft conversions - they know what they're doing and knew exactly what we wanted / needed. They managed to fit us in within 2 weeks of the survey. The work itself was done very professionally with surprisingly no dust (that I noticed) - and within 1 day (3 bedroom semi). The big benefit to us is extra storage space (with easy access) and a refresh of insulation (including on the loft hatch itself) - they also fitted 2 lights. Highly recommend
