My husband and I attended a nappy demo at our local children’s centre to help us decide whether or not to try out reusable nappies with the baby we’re expecting next month. Juliet was very helpful and informative, she helped me sort out the voucher from the council which hadn’t come through in time for the event, and we walked away with excellent trial and accessories kits specifically put together to meet our needs. I can’t wait to try the nappies when the baby comes!

I came across this amazing company at my local real nappy library. I'm just starting with real nappies for my baby and its can be a bit mind boggling! Juliet spent a lot of time with me discussing the options, explaining the different types of nappies available. She also sent me a lot of information and videos Absolutely amazing service. Met at the baby show at the Excel centre, and answered all my questions about reusable nappies, gave me all the information I needed to get started and got a great deal in a little started kit. I should caveat this review by saying that my baby is not yet born and therefore I have not yet used the bumGenius product I purchased from The Washable Nappy Company. My review is based on the service and knowledge provided.I meant Juliet at a baby / toddler show in Esher in March. I wanted to learn about reusable nappies and she was happy to oblige. She was extremely knowledgeable and because she supplies a range of different brands seemed to be unbiased, offering the pros and cons of each. At not point did I feel I was being bullied into purchasing. Indeed, she completely understood that choosing reusable was a big decision was happy to provide me with a leaflet and give me time to talk through the products with my partner. When I reached out to Juliet months later, she remembered me and was again very helpful with my purchase, answering my manifold queries swiftly. I am now fully stocked with the bumGenius kit and lots of helpful youtube videos to get me started. I have no doubt, should I need any more guidance on the product, Juliet will be happy to oblige. She is clearly passionate about her products and just wants people to find them as easy as she does.

Bought one of the nappy packages before baby was born. Really pleased with the service. They were very friendly, informative and made it really clear to only wash and try out a few as if we didn't get on with them prewashed nappies can't be returned.Great to be sent instructions and video tutorials on how to use them, and that they are easily contactable if there are any further queries.

Juliet is incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the right nappy system for my needs. As a first time mom I really needed some expert advice and I even ended up spending less than originally planned due to her honest recommendations. She also does great discounts and offers freebies, always a winner! Thank you so much Juliet. Highly recommend this lady and her products.

Juliet is extremely helpful with sharing how the different types of nappy work, in addition to giving other tips and tricks. The packs are a great way of trying out different options, and the nappy accessories kit is also very useful. Juliet exchanged our newborn nappies for bigger ones with no fuss as we didn't get round to using them till now. All in all, a great service!

Excellent nappy demo and follow up support from Juliet. A great range of nappies available and Juliet’s there to give advice on what’s best when first starting out. I look forward to buying more from the washable nappy company soon. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience! Met Juliet at The Baby Show, she gave a very concise demo putting my mind at ease about how simple it could be. I emailed her a few months later and she sorted out a great package for me. I would have even know where to begin if it wasn't for her!
