Visited with a broken watch strap which the staff were able to fix in minutes. Very reasonably priced! The service was very kind & efficient. The staff even very kindly changed the silver buckle for a gold one so that it would match my gold faced watch. Would definitely visit Bryant's again!

Popped in today to get som links removed from a new Tag watch I littered just picked up. The customer service I received was by far the best I've ever received. Not only did the gentleman spend the time taking the links out and making sure it was absolutely perfect for me but he explained the way the pins worked on the other adjustments and how the watch worked, how to adjust the time (not a usual way on a Tag). He also spent time explaining the waterproofing seal when a battery is changed. I asked about servceing and there was absolutely no pressure but again he explained everything I needed to know about the service. The charge for removing links was very reasonable too. If Heineken did customer service.......
