If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely diabolical letting agent avoid at all cost. They make false promises when they show you around their houses, saying xyz is going to be fixed before you'd move in, then it never gets fixed. The landlord himself is well known to the people in Pallion even the people at the job centre knew who he was for being such a bad landlord. I ended up living in a room within one of his houses for 3 months (worst 3 months of my life) no heating for a week during winter. no oven for 6 weeks, which was then replaced with a subpar second hand oven, no kettle, toaster, just a microwave (property was advertised as fully furnished). the bedroom was furnished with only a bed (which was broken) ended up sleeping on a mattress in the corner of the bedroom with a portable heater i had to buy so i didnt freeze at night. At least there was electricity. All in all it was a dump and it felt like living in a squat. AVOID
