Kendal SEAT

I recently visited the Kendal branch and dealt with Stephen. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very informative. I didn’t end up purchasing a car at the time but when I am ready to I will definitely be back!

Just picked up our new family car from the Seat team today, traded in our old car too. The entire team have been very helpful with the whole process but a special mention to Chloe and especially Stephen who looked after us from start to finish, patiently answered all our questions and did everything in his power to ensure we were happy and got the right car for us. Well looked after, top notch service, will be coming back again!

Brought my car from Kendal Seat back in June. I would just like to say that Stephen was wonderful to deal with. He made sure to keep me up to date with everything and dealt with some of the small issues identified professionally and promptly. Disgusting customer care and dodgy mechanic. I went for simple recall about fuel filter and once I picked up the car, I drove 20 miles to nearest petrol station and engine light went on after. When I came to address that couple days later to seat myself, very arrogant manager Kimberly was very disinterested in my problem, she wanted to straight away wash off the blame even when issue iss connected to the work been done. She did not even wanted to arrange some quick check to see what the issue really was and told me to go to local mechanic to fix it cause it's not their issue. After pressing she offered kindly a booking with dodgy mechanic for 2 weeks from now. Two weeks of waiting just to mechanic to check what he messed up. Discgrace and amateurs representing seat. Never again I visit any off their dealerships.

Wanted to upgrade the car and after looking around decided to speak to Kendal Seat. They managed to find the exact car I was after and even got me a really great deal!Thank you for all your hard work I will be back

Excellent experience buying my first car, amazing service from the whole team and they made it really straight forward for me. Dealt with Stephen who was extremely helpful and kept me up to date throughout, always there to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great experience buying a used car at Kendal Seat. Staff really helpful and knowledgeable. Smooth and easy transaction. Loving my new vehicle. The only let down was the standard of the valeting inside which I’m sorry to say was not good - it may not have been a “new” car but it was “new” to me . Saying that I would certainly buy a car from Kendal Seat again.

Purchased a Leon Cupra with the help of Ste. Good process and having to travel the best part of 3 hours having never seen the car, I needed full transparency which is exactly what I was given.The aftersales process is often the more important part and everything has been spot on with that too, would definitely recommend the dealership and Ste in particular.

We had a lovely experience of nearly buying a car from Kendal Seat over this weekend. Test drove a bit on Saturday and came back for more on Sunday and were treated so very well throughout by the lovely Sales Manager Morgan Craig. We'd actually have really liked to buy that car from Morgan but it wasn't the right moment. Thanks though.
