Nice cake made by Rivana.who is the cake maker for all occasions,very yummy and delicious,frequently we order from this shop.

The cake is absolutely delicious, I would highly recommend this place as the customer service is excellent and the quality of the cake is very soft and tasty. My daughter was so impressed as she wanted to decorate her cake with the toppers so they only did the base and the design if the cake.

I ordered week before for sons birthday explain everything every colour how I want cake on birthday, at the same day they make different colour , don’t go there they don’t care what you guys want.

Worst customer service ever!!Ordered my daughter birthday cake.It was a picture cake. The lady asked me to email them the picture when i was placing an order , didn't bother to see if the picture was ok or not. When i went to collect the cake on the collection date , picture on the cake was completely blur and it was not even like the picture i gave them, the picture was not even set properly it was moving. They said when we were printing we realized that it will be blur but we didn't had time to call you to send another picture. Instead of apologizing the lady who took my order was being rude to me. I order all my family's birthday cakes from here. There used to be a different lady on the counter before who was very helpful and always called me back if she thought the picture was not ok.This lady was very rude even when i was placing an order and when the cake was collected. She refused to tell me manager's name and said manager is not in the store.I wasted my 50£ on a cake whose picture was blur and looked horrible.Lady's name is Asma. Be very careful when you are placing an order with that lady as she completely has no clue what she is doing.

The cake was not only beautiful but it was so tasty n fresh as well. And the staff was absolutely helpfulThank you cake shop slough

Very good taste.Nice customer services.Lighter than other cake shops in town. Good to have.Editing my review they charged ballon and helium 8.50 if you take haskins from outside they will refuse. Greedy.

If I could give this shop a zero star I would! They can’t follow simple instructions on a simplest of cakes ..do not trust them with any of your cake orders you will be disappointed ..we wanted a simple cake with THREE green strips and this is what we get ?? I could have done this myself

Excellent cake to our bespoke design, delivered on time. This was a triple layer iced vanilla sponge to serve 40... the sponge was light and soft and all present felt it was a superb cake.I have awarded 4 stars rather than 5 because this was not a cheap cake and pricing could have been a bit keener. However you do pay for what you get and we were not disappointed in any way.

A poor quality cake shop in Slough. They ruined my daughter’s cake. They are just after money. Paid £100 pounds for cake but no finishing at all. The lady in the shop was so rude and not at all ready to listen feedback. I will never recommend this cake shop in Slough.

Cake was good but when I went to collect the cake they did not have plastic bag to put the cake in and she was offering the garbage bin bag to put the cake in. It was the hijab women. Do not treat others this way. Rude manners. We everyone order for special occasions. So, it should be in good manners. Thank
