Heathcotes provided a phenomenal and loving service, from start to finish. They went above and beyond and with being a family, they were open and honest with how everything would happen running up to the funeral itself and then on the actual day the team were exceptional and extremely professional. They looked after my sister until the day of her burial with the utmost respect and myself and my family will forever be thankful and grateful for that. Nothing was too small of a task for them and they went above and beyond to make sure my sister had the send off she deserved! Excellent service from all who works there. We have just come home from a rememberance evening, at Gorton Monestry. With all our heart we would recommend this lovely family. Seen to our event need. The service tonight was excellent, we didn't have a long service at mum's funeral, because of COVID. But tonight made up for it, our mum would of been proud that we done tonight for her.Thanks again to Craig,Julie and all the family x

A massive thank you to the lovely staff at Heathcote's who were all amazing in helping to plan our mom's funeral. We had the funeral last week and everything went great and better than expected and we gave our mom the send off she deserved. Even our interactions with Heathcote's after the ceremony, to collect the ashes etc, was all smooth. The fact that they live streamed her service and have said they will keep it online at our request, is the icing on the cake for this lovely business. They gave us the most fair quote out of 8 which we got and they were the best choice for us. Would recommend to anyone.
