I went to Hill's after being let down on 3 occasions by a competitor and it was like chalk and cheese. Better service, a better product and a better price. Well done and thank you.

Great local hire company, went out of their way to make sure I had the equipment for bank holiday weekend. Helpful and friendly staff. Delivery was almost next to nothing. Very competitive hire rates. Will reccomend and return again.

Very poor service. No communication. I took a chainsaw to Hills 4 months ago, after 2 months of pestering, I was told that it had been repaired, cost £24, great I thought, except it hadn't been repaired, so I returned it. Another two months later, after being told many times by them that they would be looking at it 'tomorrow', I collected my chainsaw. Still doesn't work, stinks of petrol. Would definitely not recommend Hills.

Extremely unhappy with the customer we recieved. Last year we used Hills to hire a stump grinder which was given to us with no teeth on it, this meant the customer was unhappy and lost us a job. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and we hired a turf cutter a few weeks ago which was lacking in quality and when we arrived at the job with it, it didn't work.We gave them the benefit of the doubt again and brought it back to see if he could offer a solution. He was extremely rude and ignorant on the phone and to my partner in the shop.We went next day to Travis Perkins and they collected and delivered for the same price that Hills were charging, go elsewhere people, you will get treated with more respect.

Great service, HALF THE PRICE OF HSS, I hire a garden turf cutter, I struggled to get my head round to use it. The owner from Hills tool hire came to my home, to get me setup.
