I have a slightly more complex setup for my home office than your average user. However, following an initial visit, Barnaby was able to see what I was trying to achieve and advised me on the best way to implement whilst keeping with my existing kit.I have a Unify Dream Machine Pro with built in secure Gateway / Firewall and wanted to add a second Internet line to increase my connectivity speeds. Unfortunately the UDM Pro only allows for Passive failover, whilst I wanted to load balance across the two lines.Barnaby advised on the best solution and had it implemented within half a day of being on site.I would strongly reccommend Barnaby and his team for any home workers that need a bit more support than remote support teams can provide.
