Ordered delivery.Driver couldn’t find me I guess. I’ve got screenshots of the guy everywhere except near my home.He called me for directions, but his English was non existent. He then proceeded to say the desserts were delivered / which they weren’t. No phone number to contact about missing delivery. No number for restaurant to complain to either.Would not recommend.

Best ice-Cream in Glasgow according to my friend who worked in the West end for 4 years. He tried all. I've got to say though Ice cream was phenomenal, the service was restraunt standard which is awesome to see and the establishment is classy. Perfect for couples, mates or family's.

Best dessert around. Simple dessert concept: ice cream and fresh baked cookie, but done so well. The fresh baked cookie with chocolate shavings, easy to share. The staff was so friendly and patient while we decided on what we wanted. Highly recommend.

I have been going to desserts in town for a while and adore the place so I was happy to hear there was a new place in west end. Decided to pick up loop and scoop and go to desserts as my friends wanted to go desserts. As I began to eat the rude I was rudely approach by one of the staff to say no outside food allowed even tho my friend had ordered food there!! So disappointed in the place considering I have been coming back for years. So disappointed and hope they improve their customer service!!

We had a good time in Desserts. Although the waffles looked small, we had a hard time finishing them - we needed to take a break! :)Very tasty, the place was empty when we were there, we could see that people majorly get a take-out from there.Took one star off because there were some tables dirty, however this was just a minor issue! :)Well recommended to everyone!

I enjoyed my ice cream and the staff are very nice. I will have to try a hot dessert next time I go back, but I'd just eaten a big meal. To be fair this place is ideal if you're out for dinner down Byres road way and your choice of restaurant has a disappointing selection of puddings, or their puds are overpriced *ahem cafe andaluz ahem*
