This lpeople are absolute scum of the earth I was made disabled at work I asked for a document of these people refusing me to retake my rescue ticket as iam disabled the utter scum just ignored me after several attempts prob cause I wasn't handing over 100s of pounds go else where these people are true tripe

Course it self ok.After sales just unacceptable. Company did not even check if we received invoice for service and sold it to debt collection company... course done on Friday and next Wednesday debt collectors dated a letter... received 2 letters (invoice and collectors) the same day.Well unprofessional...Hope you will be treated the same way

Booked time off work to do a course with them for the SIA badge.They failed to send me the forms to go on the course I had to drive down there and collect them.When I collected them it took them a week to tell me not only had they given me the wrong forms but they had also cancelled the course because of lack of participation. This was one week before the course was due to begin.They never got in contact with me, I always had to call them and every time they would tell me they were just about to call me.
