Funky Monkeys Kennedy Centre

My 11 yo daughter was beside me in the baby play area, playing with her baby brother quietly. Staff approached me very rudely and asked me to tell her to leave the area. I don't understand the difference she wasn't doing anything that I wasn't doing and im much older. If you've a larger family like me, various ages don't go. My daughter was very upset that she had to sit at the otherside of the play area.

So I came today with my 4year old..girl at the counter was very nice, it was about 10.40am...I order straight away breakfast doughte was very hungry, place was quiet. At 11.10 I.asked where is my beagle and sausage toast the man at the till went to the kitchen and then a menager call out with beagle almost throwing plate and then the sausage toast was brought to table...I brought the food back as had appointment and I was in rush...and I said sorry but don't want food anymore, the menager said I pack this for you for take away..and I said no thank You, and then she started to be very nasty...she went to kitchen and ther was nobody to open exit door...not be back place had a bad vibe becouse of the Menager"Never was offered the money back!"

Staff really need to keep a better eye on the older kids who go here, they run wild and almost knocked my daughter off her feet,

Brought my 4 grandkids today, the 3 older ones enjoyed it but the 8 month old couldn’t use the baby toys, walkers or jumparoos as they are filthy, they looked like they have never been cleaned … The carpets are stinking… Definitely won’t be back here in a hurry

My girl had a lot of fun here. The manager Julie was amazing! I watched her cleaning tables, cleaning floors, tidying as she was going and still smiling at customers and serving customers. She is definitely a great asset to Funky Monkey at the Kennedy center. We will definitely be back.

Great for the kids to burn off a bit of steam. Could do with more for younger children and some toy's need updating. All in all not bad. Staff are very friendly.

Lovely staff, good atmosphere. Great membership prices. £16 for unlimited use of the centre and discounts on the cafe, what more could you want.

First shock was the cost. A 2 year-old is basically the same price as a 6 year old. Second was the amount of children just mobbing about in platoons. Way too many in at one time. Lastly the hygiene of the toys was shocking. The baby bouncers hand a black taint clearly dirt. Those covers have never been removed and cleaned properly. Babies have to sit in them but probably stinky monkeys policy to keep them dirty to help with immune system. Probably a rub down with a baby wipe jobs done. Staff seemed quite friendly.

Muy descontento con la atención del personal. Estaba recostado a mi bebé en el sofá para quitarle las medias y una de las mamás metiches que estaban ahí vino a decirme que llevara a mi hija al baño al parecer, su hija trabaja ahí y fue a decirle e inmediatamente su hija vino a pedirmelo de un modo muy grosero. De hecho madre e hija fueron bastante groseras, no estaba cambiando un pañal estaba quitando un par de medias!!!!!
