Door Access & Entrance Systems

We had an issue with our automatic sliding door not opening fully. We attempted numerous re-sets which didnt work wev were then advised to contact a specialist company. I searched for local companies and contacted DAES. The engineer (Tom) arrived at our dental practice in Chester within about 3 hours which we were impressed with. Within the hour the door was repaired and back working. Disruption was kept to a minimum and Tom was really helpful during the repair. I have recommended DAES to other practices within the area.

I called DAES LTD out as an emergency as I was unable to lower my roller shutter therefore the security of my business was compromised. Chris came out within less than 2 hours to repair it for me . I am extremely pleased with the service I received and hope to deal with him again in the future if the need arises.

DAES are local to me and I requested a free of charge quotation to replace my manual up and over garage door. Their fitter came within the same week to measure up and showed me samples of what my new electric roller door would look like. I was pleased with the amount of colours to choose from. I work in a manufacturing plant on a large industrial estate which has numerous industrial doors and loading bays. Our main goods in sectional door came down unexpectedly and damaged stock as well as the door panels themselves.
