Used the collection and return service for my cars service today. Couldn’t rate Mike highly enough. He was very kind and happy despite the very early start time. He explained everything clearly upon return of the car. Excellent service

Daniel Bartlett is a credit to Brentwood Kia. He went over and above when it came to helping my elderly father with his car purchase. The level of customer service Daniel gave, during and after the purchase, was nothing short of exceptional. In life we come across so many people who can't be bothered to put the extra effort in to help customers, but Daniel is the polar opposite. He is a conscientious young man with a great attitude who clearly loves his job and prioritises customer satisfaction. Staff members like Daniel should be highly valued... and in my opinion... should be given a pay rise!! Thanks for everything Daniel... your help has been very much appreciated. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and clearly have a bright future ahead of you.

Don’t know where to start. But all I can say is the staff and customer service received from Kia in Brentwood has been truly amazing. Maverick has gone over and above to help find the right car and make sure I was truly happy from start to finish. Purchased our new ulez compliant car through this dealership and the whole process was smooth as can be! Russell helped with every step, talked me through the test drive, gave me a tour of the features and took care of all the paperwork quickly and painlessly. Not to mention was an absolute star and super flexible (came to look at fords and ended up loving a little kia). The car is an absolute delight to drive and it is so comforting to know this dealership is there to help should anything happen. Definitely would use again and recommend to anyone!

Excellent service from the team at Kia Brentwood. Can't fault it in anyway. Even a call from Mike to remind me my roadtax has expired a couple of weeks before the car was due for collection (reminder not received through the post). Software updated to clear a minor issue at the same time as the service, wash & clean inside. Without doubt the best customer service I've come across at a car dealership.

First class service from Allen kia. Have used others previously which weren't a patch on these. Car collected at 8.00 am, Service carried out, car valeted inside & out and returned by 12.30pm. Also video of relevant points sent by message. Furthermore, Michael who collected & returned car was friendly, & professional, and went through all the paperwork on return.Brilliant.

I am not generally into writing reviews but must do so for Brentwood Kia where I have been treated with courtesy and respect and am pleased to say that nothing is too much trouble for them - changing one's car can be an anxious experience, but my experience proved to be pleasant and straightforward at Kia Brentwood. When I am ready to change again, back I go!

I use Kia Brentwood pick up and drop home service which always makes getting work done on the car less of an inconvenience. Mike always takes care in driving the vehicle and explains what's been done. I also love that the car is always clean when returned. Overall happy with the service provided.
