I've just started a course of 20 miha bodytec sessions , mainly because I was able to try my 1st session free of charge (try before you buy) this was great I got to know the lovely ladies and to see if it was for me! And I really enjoyed it ,20 minutes workout equivalent of 6 hours YES PLEASE!! I was explained everything from start to finish and felt in very safe hands I recomend you take a visit to BODY EVOLUTION.

I would like to say a big thankyou to Niki my trainer I have had my first session she helped alot after explaining my condition she made up a work out plan that would suite my needs and what i wanted to acheive and feel great the work they do at Body Evolution is brillant. I underwent back surgery a few years ago and with me not being able to lift heavy weights this is perfect for me and my body.Keep up the good work people

I've been seeing Areti for a year now and I'm amazed at the transformation I've had. This has been phenomenal for my health, and overall well-being. Biofeedback combined with the expertise she has with natural supplements has given me back my energy. I'm so glad to have the chance to get on track. I enjoy maintaining my diet, and as an unplanned side effect I lost 20 pounds without trying. I just got healthy and the weight fell away.I can't say enough about the benefits I've felt, and continue to have from this!
