Fantastic boot fitting with Jen. Excellent customer service - Jen came out to us in South London to do the fitting on a Sunday and really took time to understand my feet and which boots would fit best, in the end we settled on a pair of Nordica boots and insoles. She has excellent knowledge of the different types of boots and what would work best. An excellent experience and far, far better than having to trek into London for some subpar service in one of the retailers. I’m extremely happy with my boots. We recommend Jen and Hike and Ride to everyone!

Finally after 40 years of skiing in pain I have been cured! For the first time I have boots that fit beautifully. I put them on in the morning and do not touch them until I finish skiing. First lift out, last lift back, my boots are still comfortable. Unbelievable!!! The service provided by Jenny is exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Although she didn’t have the right stock for me on her first visit. She returned a few weeks later with the perfect pair. A few minor alterations on the spot and my new boots were ready. Jenny is an expert in her field and I highly recommend her services. You MUST buy your boots from Hike and Ride. Skiing is an expensive pastime. Jen was very thorough and spent time Molding the correct ski boot for my awkward feet. Skied two weeks in them and I have never been more comfy. Fantastic service at good prices. Jen has great experience and knowledge.

What a great experience!I emailed Jen (the sole boot fitter at Hike and Ride) to try to arrange an urgent boot fitting as I was imminently heading off to Japan. She squeezed me in with no issues, came to my flat, had a range of boots to try, spent as much time as needed to sort me out, gave great advice and I walked away with a great pair of boots at a reasonable price! Jen is also just lovely. 5/5 would recommend.

Jen is an absolute legend and provides a brilliant and unique service. My Dynafit Radical Pros are perfect after the work she did on the shells. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Jen of Hike and Ride came to my home to fit my boots to a pair of skis, she was trustworthy, efficient, prompt and gave me good advice on the skis, their condition and how to look after them going forwards. Had a pair of new ski boots fitted by Jen way back in November 2022. Excellent service from her and she is really knowledgeable. Could feel the difference when I took them out on the slopes!

Wow! This is the ONLY way to get ski boot fitted! Jen rocks up with her amazing van, kitted out with a mobile ski boot studio in the back, and fits your ski boots at home. In addition to this amazing set up Jen is by far the best bootfitter I’ve ever come across!!! I have totally weird feet and she nailed it no problem at all. Honestly hands down the best experience and Jen a total hero. Awesome stuff and bravo - top set up and perfectly executed. 10/10
