Andrew repaired floorboard ruined by damp and diagnosed the cause of the leak, also fixed the source issue. Came when he said he would, tidied up after and charged a reasonable price. Also communicated clearly what he was doing and what made up costs which I really appreciate. Can't fault the service at all and will be asking him to come back for another couple of jobs.

Andrew was very professional, left my house spotless both days when he finished, and he completed (what turned out to be much more complicated than initially thought) everything to the best standard. So appreciative of the finished result and would highly recommend to anybody. Thank you Andrew.

Had a leak from my roof ,contacted Andrew from Harrier property services, arrived when he said he would very pleasant and knowledgeable person had a look at what our problem might be said he'll get it sorted and less than 24 hrs later had his roofer at our house who went up a beyond what he needed to do , very happy with service and would recommend to anyone

I contacted Andrew to fixe a radiator that was falling off the wall. He was there within 30 min and fixed everything correctly. He left the place nice and clean.He was very nice and friendly,I highly recommend him.
