Nurses where great. sat in a chair for 2 days in A&E waiting on scan for 3 days to be told the scan had been cancelled the day before the consultant had no bedside manners and didn't care how I was or how I felt about the way I was treated. Never will want to return to this place again

My daughter was taken in twice to Altnagelvin within a two week period in July and August with trauma spasms, following reconstructive surgery in June. On both occasions, we could not praise the staff of ward 6 highly enough. They were caring and attentive at all times. Both the nurses and various doctors and consultants were all able to speak to our daughter in a manner which was at her level and which gave her comfort. A special thank you to Mr Woo, consultant, who helped our daughter's anxiety levels to decrease. He did this in a very caring and professional way. I am very grateful to the care shown to her during her two stays in the hospital.

The staff at new cancer unit are utterly amazing! Nothing and I mean nothing is a bother to them. So caring, not just to patients but to the families as well. Can’t be praised highly enough, thank you all so much

This place and ALL the staff EVERYONE are absolutely amazing - that Vicky on respiratory saved my life.....my angel. Carmel & J.P on icu are just beautiful people.....love them. Staff love their job and all work as a team. I would love to work here.

Yes all staff ate doing there bestand I've been there 5 times i'll never want to go back I'd rather die at home.A & E it's awful really really sick people everywhere.Old and young it didnt matter being neglected.There's no food, no facilities and if you are on your own, no family and no support, your ate all alone, it's so sad.Covud is no excuse for our care to be abused an be neglected.What kind of society have we all become. NHS not even treating the living. So wrong and against all human needs and care of the sickand vulnerable.It is what it is, Is it??NOTSomething must be said and done, PleaseTriage is ake

Great Hospital, Great Staff made me feel at ease after a traumatic fall at Easter. Special thanks to the trauma and Orthopaedics team who fixed me up and a big shout out to all the nurses and staff in Wards 2 and 5 who took care of me during my two stays.

No seating for elderly to wait for a lift. No wheelchairs for taking patients to car. No drop off zone for elderly or disabled people to access hospital with a short walk. Poor car parking availability.Staff are good Care is good. Need more staff ie porters and nursing. Staff need praise.

My family has only the highest praise for the staff of coronary care unit for their dedication to enable our mother to be still here today after having 5 cardiac arrests in the space of 7 days. It is only when you personally see at first hand them at work do you appreciate the pressure these nurses work under trying to keep people alive we cannot thank them enough .

While my love for any hospital is low as noone wants to be there, I was took in in an ambulance a few years back with an issue. Have to admit the staff were of first class to me and seemed like the same to other patients in the same ward.
