Bought a car in feb 23, had a couple of problems with the trim in the car..Booked in for warranty with dealer to be told they are not covered under my 1 year full bmw warranty.Never again will I trust Lloyds group.

If it was possible to give BMW Carlisle a zero rating we would. Total loss of power, breakdown truck called and taken to service centre. 5 days later we were told the engine had been stripped and the engine had blown. Quoted 12 THOUSAND for a new engine. No thanks. But the biggest insult was a £720 bill for time spent. We stopped any further work being done and paid a breakdown company to return the car home. Now sitting outside leaking diesel. Will never deal with BMW again. Disgusting service and rip off pricing.

The sales experiance was excellent. The aftercare not so much. We have had a few minor issues with the car. Initially a stone chip damaged the front sensor, which is fair enough, but we were really disappointed that the car aircon needs regassed after less than 1 year of ownership. Seemingly, the gas levels are not checked prior to selling a used car. I would have expected the garage to have at least offered to meet us half way, but no offer was made. When you buy a relatively premium car, you expect these things to have been checked and sorted, now we are having to pay full price to have the issue fixed.
