Music Matters

I was recommended Music Matters by a work colleague. I had been having trouble with my av system and called in for some advice , the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Having discussed my system I booked an appointment in there demonstration room… I realised then I needed a new system…. A member of staff came to my home and installed the system for me and explained everything. Very pleased with service, helpful and professional.

After receiving a not very nice experience at Hifonix, Sutton, visited MM in Solihull and received excellent customer service. Came out with exactly what we wanted. Great price too. Thank you.

Excellent service from the Solihull branch. I needed new RCA plugs on my rega P9.....Alex/Mark sorted me out in less than 24hrs. Good job Music Matters.

I bought a SONOS move 1 week ago and I must say I could not wish for a better service product was demoed for me in the shop has I was new to this,tec,so a big up for MUSIC MATTERS Mick

This is probably the best HIFI shop in the Midlands. If you need help with a new set up this is the place to go no pushy salespeople. If you want to listen to a system you can have a demo room to yourself for an hour or so.Its the only way to listen to a system if you're thinking of upgrading or just a new system. Highly recommend with a Good team of people. With Adam Fisher and his team.

I recently treated myself to a new HiFi system for my 50th birthday after COVID scuppered plans for a once-in-a-lifetime holiday.Music Matters were great - my music room is quite small and requires me to wall-mount my speakers, limiting the choices available to me. I was specifically interested in the DALI range of wall-mount speakers which Music Matters didn’t stock - but they arranged to have a pair available for me to test alongside the other components I was considering.Delivery of the system I bought was further complicated by COVID, delaying delivery from the manufacturers, and by the time my kit had arrived at Music Matters, we were in National lockdown again, so I couldn’t visit the store to collect it - so they arranged a COVID-safe delivery.I’ve been listening to it every night since, and am about 1/4 of the way through rediscovering my collection of vinyl, which now sounds out of this world. I’m delighted!Thankyou Music Matters for doing me a good deal on some amazing kit, for going the extra mile helping me find the right combination of components, and for figuring out how to get them to me so that I can enjoy them!

Best hifi shop I've ever visited. Bought a pair of B&W 706 S2 speakers on the recommendation of Adam, the store manager. I had originally been interested in KEF LS50 Metas but Adam set up both for a demo and the decision to buy the B&Ws was a no brainer, absolutely no competition. Grateful for the advice, Adam!

Unusual cable request was identified immediately and a cost effective resolution found. Cannot speak highly enough of their knowledge and professionalism

Was initially denied entry as they do appointments only" (not true) and was told they don't do DJ equipment despite myself having no interest in DJ equipment or mentioning anything of the sort. I was then told "sorry we only really work with systems with separate power supplies and pre-amps" as if I couldn't possibly have one (I do).I can assume my appearance was different to their ideal customer and as a result was met with hostility and denied any service. Very poor
