We have had excellent service from Atif and his team, the quality of our laminate flooring and carpet have been brilliant and Atif has been more than accommodating to all our questions and ensuring we had all the correct information and costings. We would highly recommend getting your flooring from The Carpet Centre in Hayes.

Excellent customer service - the staff took the time in-store to explain the suitable choices of carpets available. Was able to come round after hours for measurement on the same day. Arrived on time on day of fitting and was efficiently installed by the fitters.

I highly recommend this Carpet Company as they are so professional and helpful, the customer care is brilliant from the moment we walked into the store.Khan who helped us choose the right carpet for our Office room. He’s knowledge gave me further confidence to have laminate flooring in addition for what I was looking for.. the sale was maximised because of his knowledge and explanatory information. I went to a few well known places and it was clear it was a monetary sale that they wanted with lack of knowledge. When your investing in a product it’s always good when your confident you choose the right item. These people are very experienced and have the best carpet fitters and the brilliant Ibrahim who did our laminate flooring which was the best ever! 5 stars for sure!

This was a return visit after having great service a few years ago. This time, again The Carpet Centre exceeded expectations giving good value and assisted with my budget and product choice through to the fitters (Ibraham) self levelling my kitchen floor before professionally installing my Invictus dry back floor, thanks and will be back soon.

My carpet was put down today. Love the color, lovely manager and carpet fitter is very friendly and only took him 30-45 min to lay down my bedroom carpet. Well done, definitely recommend!!
