After many years of renting and moving, I breathe a sigh of relief after working with the Penny & Sinclair letting agents. Helen Lee has been nothing but diligent and reliable throughout our two tenancies and we are happy to continue on with her as long as we can. And as we went through a house sale as tenants, Robin was so great with communication and was always accessible when I needed info. I highly recommend this establishment and their steadfast team members.

Lots of agents but Penny and Sinclair really stood out for us. Having had several awkward sales in the past we realised the importance of having an agent who really has the skills to get a sale all the way through after the offer is accepted and also protect from time wasters. Erling was fantastic and completely on the ball, the sale would not have succeeded without him. In an age when all properties are on rightmove etc you need to pick an agent for the individuals you are dealing with and we found the quality of staff far higher than the old heritage big name brands who we spoke to.

I will not go through any other Estate Agent moving forward.My experience with Penny & Sinclair has been excellent and has also been a welcome change to my previous experiences with moving home and renting properties.Lisa Gould from the Burford office has gone out of her way to ensure that everything goes smoothly with my move in from start to finish.It is rare to work with people who care, and I am very happy with the service.

We bought a house through Penny Sinclair as an investment property. The sale handled by Robin proceeded quickly and we engaged Helen to rent and manage the tenancy on our behalf.We received competitive offers in the first week and rented to a great family who we felt would be good tenants.
