CUPRA Cambridge

Its been 2 weeks now since i collected my Cupra Formentor, which is a stunning car with awesome features for a car at this price range, the customer service provided by Chris Hill and Mike was outstanding, very thorough and certainly met all my expectations with an agreed overall price negotiation and even with little goodies included on my arrival from Chris, It was a very smooth and fast purchasing process with great communication by the dealership and my third party finance company, which was all complete in just 2 days!!. Despite this vehicle being approx 180mile from my house, i would certainly use this dealership again, the train ride down to cambridge was a nice trip and worthwhile.With all reviews i do like to include all experiences and the only down fall i would add is the customer service representative who answers call had slightly broken english and was a little more difficult to deal with, this is the only negative part of my experience.

Fantastic service from the service department and workshop team at Marshall Cupra Cambridge. Recently had my car in for some service campaigns and everything was sorted out and my car returned on time. Also, they kindly provided me with a loan car for the day. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely great experience picking up a Cupra Formentor, the service and communication from Jack was amazing from the point of initial enquiry to collection and some after sales. Would easily recommend the car and dealer, hope to return in the future when it's time to upgrade.
