Laura's hypnobirthing course is a must for any soon-to-be parents! I went into pregnancy thinking I could just 'wing it' when it came to birth, until a midwife recommended the course and I'm so grateful she did.Laura is so personable and knowledgeable about everything for pregnancy, birth and postnatal. The course is so informative, and my husband and I are now going into our birth feeling more prepped than I ever thought possible. The course is tailored so well, and the materials that come with it are invaluable for revisiting the tools taught during the last few weeks for pregnancy. Thanks so much Laura!

Laura & her course have changed our lives. We wanted to do a 121 course in hypnobirthing as I was struggling with the anxiety of pregnancy and giving birth/being in labour but what we have learnt since starting is beyond anything we ever thought. The course itself is educational and has made me do my own research, listen to podcasts and want to learn, which I was never very good at at school! But Laura, is the nicest person and so positive throughout our whole experience. She has really invested her time in getting to know us and made us so personal. She’s always available for support whenever I’ve asked questions or needed a motivation talk. The best money we’ve ever spent and just hope I can continue to use everything that Laura has taught us through the birth of our little girl who is due some time in September! Laura is incredible! She is the kindest person you’ll ever meet. Her knowledge about all things pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding is out of this world.After a tricky and heavily medicalised first birth, we invested in Laura when I became pregnant again and I went on to have two more magical births and comfortable breastfeeding journeys. What can we say about the incredible Laura: she is basically a Guru of everything pregnancy and birth. Her knowledge is endless and above all she is kind, compassionate, professional and has a beautiful soul. We completed a Hypnobirthing course with Laura during our second pregnancy in 2021 which gave both my husband and I great tools and strategies for coping in labor. Our son was born at home in the pool and I'm certain Laura's input helped us to achieve this.

Well worth investing in! We did Laura’s hypnobirthing course which was so comprehensive and enjoyable. I wish I had known about Laura for my first birth! Laura gave me the tools to feel empowered upon my birth and to really help conquer any issues that were causing my concern. I learnt a lot about fear release and Laura really equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to have a positive birthing experience, which I am glad did translate into reality!
