We've been using HPR for several years and have always been very happy with the work done. Terry has always been professional and honest and the quality of his work and advice has always been top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Superb, absolute pleasure to work with and do a great job. Replaced the large and aging water cylinder in our home. Very well done and no issues since.When looking at the cylinder, I mentioned that the house (we'd just moved into) had storage heaters and we were considering options. John from HPR put me in touch with someone with air source heating just to talk about their experiences with. Extremely useful when you're looking at something as expensive as new heating.Delighted with the new water cylinder. Everyone has hot water now. No drips, clean work, and very reasonably priced.

Impressive servicing from this family business who have constantly shown willingness to go above and beyond whenever necessary to ensure continued life of appliances. For the two years since moving to Cambourne, HPR have serviced the boiler and central heating and carried out repairs to a leak in the bathroom. Thoroughly efficient and pleasant people to deal with.

Excellent response time for an emergency call-out! Terry came within 15 minutes from our initial call and dealt promptly with all the repairs. No mess, no fuss - great workmanship. Highly recommended.

I was advised by John of HPR that for £500, a company he recommended would flush my heating radiators, taking each one off the wall and into the garden to flush them of deposits. The engineer who attended said that in the 12 years he had worked for the company, he had never disconnected a radiator to flush it in this way. I fed back to HPR that I had received incorrect advice and was berated with a completely unprofessional response. Avoid this company if you want to avoid drama.Re below:a. I wasn't having trouble. You came to fix a leaking tap and recommended the powerflush.b.The powerflush company were known to you. The woman in your office told me she had been in discussion with their office that day.c. I rang your office once. I called John back, after he had made numerous calls that I missed, and left a voicemail. Two calls not five. At no point did anyone mention a family bereavement that day.

Had Terri come have a look at our boiler, he was able to immediately diagnose our problem and was able to fix it on the day! Super friendly service, he told me about any signs I should look out for if the boiler starts to act up, but he was completely honest and told me my boiler was in tip top condition and only needed a change in one part. Would highly recommend these guys, a friend recommended them to us and they've been using them for years, definitely our go to Plumbing service now. Labor charge reasonable and the charge for the part was reasonable too! Thanks for bringing the heating back to our house!

Terry is a first class heating engineer. He is patient and explains everything in terms that a lay person can understand. He not only identified the cause of our boiler breakdown but gave us advice about how to prevent it from happening again. Great service and highly recommended.
