Amazing service. As the opener was 17 years old I was certain I couldn't add another remote but the identification process was really simple, the order/dispatch/ delivery incredibly slick, pricing was reasonable and the pairing so simple a 3 year old could do it. Consequently 5 stars all round!

I needed a replacement remote for my garage doors but the fob was obsolete. I emailed gate remotes and received a very helpful reply within the hour and a link to the replacement fob. It arrived two days later with written instructions and a QR code to a very useful You Tube clip demonstrating how to pair the new fob. To my amazement, the fob worked at first attempt. Excellent service from gate remotes. Well done

Ordered two remotes, but the supplied programming instructions didnt take into account that we have two gates and so each new fob opened both gates at the same time... Called and was advised one gate should be powered down when programming the other and the remotes would need to be returned. Very quick turn around for the replacements and refunded the postage without having to be chased. New fobs now working correctly. Anyone can sell online, the difference is what happens when things go wrong...

Yet another company who doesn't understand distance selling regulations and their legal obligation to refund delivery postage for returns.I suggest you have a look on the internet in order to familiarise yourselves with them, although I am sure that you already know that and are just hoping that most consumers are unaware of their rights,In my case I could also argue that the remote wouldn't clone (two different remotes) as they assured me it would and they are therefore also obliged to pay my return postage costs.Not a good company to deal with especially if you have an issue so would avoid like the plague
