Peirs Hampton Stained Glass

We've contacted Peirs to fix the stained glass of our main front door. The stained glass was wobbly and had a few cracks. Peirs provided prompt response. He removed the glass and protected the door appropriately. The end result of the work is wonderful. The lead around the glass was strengthened and the glass replaced where it was cracked. The glass looks beautiful. Peirs is clearly knowledgeable about stained glass and very professional. I would recommend!

Piers took away, repaired and restored and then refitted our front door early 20th century stained glass panel beautifully into a replacement door. Very responsive, reliable service, excellent workmanship and at a what we consider to be a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Piers did a fantastic job on our front door, replacing panes of stained glass, including finding someone to etch a perfect replica of an unusual pattern which couldn't be sourced. The whole job was faster and cheaper than we had anticipated. Wish we'd done it much sooner!

We suffered substantial damage to an exterior stained-glass window during storm Dudley. A period painted bird roundel was smashed, and we despaired of being able to replace it. We contacted Peirs as his website specified the repair and restoration of antique stained glass.Sympathising with our plight, Peirs came round the very next morning. After photographing the damage he meticulously collected innumerable shards of glass from the shattered roundel from the path outside the house, and took them away to assemble.His colleague, Dora, an expert in her own field of glass painting, was able to accurately reproduce the bird roundel from the template Peirs supplied.The window was repaired, and the roundel is indistinguishable from the one destroyed. The cost was very reasonable, considering the knowledge, skill and patience of this craftsman, who we recommend without reserve.
