This is awesome - Urban R+D assess the land for development viability, considering planning guidance and building regulation and then build a bespoke business case for the site outlining the development capacity, planning risk and expected earnings based on achieved local benchmark value. When we develop our land we'll be all over this!

I don't think that the land value/development profit offer is Urban R+D's best aspect. For me it's their drive to deliver sustainable homes on these small sites. Reducing embodied carbon as well as operational carbon whilst delivering homes at scale is a game changer.

It's difficult to trust property developers, but Urban R+D are architects and development managers, the process is transparent and you are always kept up to date. Gone are the days of cloaks and dagger land deals!
