A fantastic and welcoming support group. The leaders are knowledgeable and provide a safe space to talk about pregnancy and motherhood.

My wife and I had been quite cautious about joining any antenatal groups; as a two-mum family we haven't always felt at ease in those kinds of spaces. We have been through a lot trying to start a family, so feeling safe is even more important to us. The Nest's posts on social media made it clear they were actively welcoming of diverse families, so we thought we'd give it a go and we're SO glad we did. The Zoom meetings we joined over lockdown were a great source of support whilst pregnant, and that's continued since we've had our baby and transitioned into motherhood. We've made new friends and feel part of a generous, friendly and supportive community. The Nest work really hard at being inclusive - and do it well!

Love the nest! I attended their pregnancy groups both on zoom and in person (when covid allowed!), as well as taking part in pregnancy yoga and hiring out a TENS machine to use in labour. I have made lots of new friends and had the chance to ask any questions I had about pregnancy and motherhood in a judgement free environment which was so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend their groups and hiring the TENS machine was hassle free too!

Thank-you to The Nest for your support this year in my journey so far as a second-time mum. It has been wonderful to connect with mums through the Nesters Pregnancy and Beyond Support Group online and in person, particularly important this year due to the isolating nature of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a beginner I found the weekly Pregnancy Yoga class online very welcoming. I felt energised during the sessions and calm following the relaxation time at the end of the practice. The Nest helped make my dream home water birth possible by loaning me their birth pool and a TENS machine. The equipment was in immaculate condition and the hiring process was smooth. Thank-you to all of the team at The Nest. Keep up the good work.

I attended the Nest pregnancy group whilst pregnant with my second baby. I was pregnant throughout lockdown so this group was an absolute blessing. Always friendly and welcoming and provided lots of top advice and knowledge that helped me throughout my pregnancy and beyond. Would highly recommend.
