3rd time I've been here and it gets worse everytime, now the 2nd time I've come away empty handed and attitude of the staff is appalling, I rather pay more and visit a independent trader.

Excellent Service. Staff member was very friendly, helpful and professional. I went to get some keys cut and it was complete within minutes. Free parking directly outside as well which is always a bonus. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you

Took a pair of good quality shoes for a sole repair. Was told nothing could be done with them. The attitude of the guy I saw was dismissive and quite honestly dreadful.I found a great independent shoe repairer in Northallerton that not only did a great job on the same shoes, but provided excellent service. Timpson’s could learn a lot from him!

Went in about a key...... Younger male could not be bothered, could clearly tell he did not want to serve me and was cashing up the till at 1725 when shop closes at 1800 so must have been do e for his day. Would not recommend.
