I bought a car from Abbey motors and mostly dealt with Spencer. Some days after I purchased the car, a small problem occurred. Obv this is quite normal in the world of used cars. I spoke to Spencer who asked me to monitor the problem, after which he provided me with a courtesy car for roughly a week and he had the problem rectified in a timely manner.It should be noted that both him and his staff dealt with me in a highly professional manner. I look forward to doing more business with them. I travelled to Abbey Motors from London, and it was well worth the visit. Their selection of cars for sale is excellent and it's apparent they have a good reputation with local garages should anything be an issue.Thank you for being a pleasure to deal with and I hope this review can provide future customers with the insight that you are dealing with the right people. We bought a VW Transporter from Spencer at Abbey Motors Ltd at the end of June. The service we have received was nothing short of excellent from first contact to driving the van away after purchase and the aftercare too.Gave me a very good P/X price on my car aswell as sorting a several bits out on the van before we purchased without any hassle or problems which we were very impressed with.Also kept to their word on the 3 month/3000 mile warranty as we are in Sheffield and had an issue that needed sorting but with a quick email we had it booked into a garage and the work done and all paid for locally by Abbey Motors to save us travelling back down to Colchester.Would thoroughly recommend Abbey Motors to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle as when the time comes for us to change Abbey Motors will be the first place we look.Thanks again for the great service and buying experience

He was very friendly and was really efficient at answering all the email queries we had before we came to look at a car we had seen for sale online. I purchased my Nissan Note from Abbey Motors and it’s a great little motor! The car was just over 3 years old, it looked brand new inside and out when I collected it! Bought my van here 5 years ago and it's still going strong! Had a few issues with the vehicle within the 3 months warranty period and they were sorted immediately without any difficulty - they even provided a courtesy car. This is the test of a good dealer!
