Phoned reception spoke to a lady called Sam who was totally unhelpful . Could not give me a contact for whom to contact regards to the meters you supply ???!! The only contact she gave went through to a service guy who couldn’t speak English ??? !! I need to know what type of meter I have by the reference number on my meter as am having gas pressure problems from a meter I have purchased .

absolute worst example of customer service I've ever encountered in my life, just needed a simple menu selection help on a product spent 4 hours being past around people that clearly haven't been trained in helping the public its absolutely shocking I would never by anything with Honeywell on it because the support just doesn't exist, I cannot express this enough. was transferred to RESIDEO who then send me back to Honeywell who clearly have a lot of staff who don't like work, here is some advice find a job which you like, advise to Honeywell try employing people who enjoy their job are polite helpful and are customer facing the ones I spoke to clearly not.

Brand Name ruined by poor customer service.t is a shame that Honeywell ruins their efforts in making quality products by having appalling customer service and quality control.I bought a new wireless thermostat today. When I got it home, and despite the box being sealed, I found that the box had no backplate nor stand which it should have.I rang the retailer who, rightly or wrongly, suggested I call Honeywell to request the parts as I didn't really want another 40 minute round trip to the shop.Firstly, I struggled to find a customer service number and, when I did, its overly long automated options didn't cover my issue.Eventually, I spoke to a man in their technical support section who clearly wasn't interested and said Honeywell couldn't help me. I asked him if there was a specific customer service number which he gave me - this ended up being the number for a completely different company.Clearly, Honeywell doesn't feel it needs consumer sales.

Out of office hours, Honeywell allow the use if this office by local community/charity groups. Small to very large rooms, video in all of them, hot drinks, and ample parking. Very convenient.

Why ask for a review? It's just a bloody building

Poor service spoke with a gentleman called Peter he wasn't confident in what the issue was with the honeywell room stat . I then asked if I can speak with another technician and he said NO!I then had to call back again to speak with someone else.We'd 26th Oct 2022Time 14.20pm
