Julie has been a great asset. Being very reasonable priced, the service you get on a 1 to 1 level is just invaluable for my business and has helped us achieve and continuously maintain our 5 star Hygiene Ratings.

After using Food Safety Guru for the past few months we have today been awarded a 5 star hygiene rating coming from a previous 2 star hygiene rating.The system is very easy to use, all the staff picked it up straight away. Our environmental health officer was very impressed by it too.I’m sure all the other staff at food guru are fantastic but I want to say a special thank you to Arran and Julie who have both supported us in getting things up and running, doing virtual inspections and always being on the end of the phone when either myself or the staff have ever had a question.Thank you so much, looking forward to a long working relationship with you all.

We can’t thank Julie and her team at Food Safety Guru’s enough. We had every business owners nightmare come to us early February this year. We wanted to prove that we were a business that had the upmost care and due diligence towards food safety yet we had a very tough nut to crack. We approached Food Gurus to start the whole HACCP/risk assessment plan from its foundations and put the SFBB firmly to one side and to make the procedures, law and proofing of our workings bind together with their amazing app. The food gurus are always up to date on new legislations and helped us come to use an easy less complicated way of proving our day to day tasks are being adhered to by our staff. We finally had an inspection on May 19th and we have achieved 5 stars!We will work closely with the Food Safety Gurus from now on as they will give us any up to date advice on planning to get new equipment or information on new product lines we wish to have made in our premises, weather it will work within given guidelines.All the paper work, check lists etc in one app that can be easily accessed by directors, managers and EHO’s.This is 100% how this industry should be going in regards hygiene, HACCP and assessing any risks in a food environment.As from now on we will be having a regular audit via WhatsApp for piece of mind if anything and will always have the apps notifications on in the case that things are being missed, not completed or a warning comes through that needs to be addressed and fixed.Thank you Food Safety Gurus!

We signed up with FSG in April 22, our Head Chef and his team love how easy the online forms are to use. The virtual audits are a great additional service to keep everyone on their toes which helped us recently be awarded another 5 star from the EHO! Thanks FSG.

Switched to using this system last year. Been the best thing for my food safety management. Cut down on actual paper usage and everything I need is stored in one place for.easy access.
