Great service from Taylor Roofs. Getting in contact was very straight forward and my inquiry was handled very quickly and professionally. From the initial phone call to a completed roof, every single member of Taylor Roofing has acted professionally, relaying accurate information but most importantly, acted authentically.Our roof was replaced by Kyle (bones). You couldn't ask for a nicer guy! He was hard-working, kept us informed of what was happening and was always very tidy. He was also so polite and honestly, if I owned a roofing company, it would be my top priority to have him working for me. Extremely happy with the work carried out by the team at Taylor Roofs. They demossed the roof without using a pressure washer, installed roof tile vents, replaced broken roof tiles installed screws on the ridge tiles and applied fungicide. They left my property in the same condition as they found it in, removing all moss off site.There have been a number of people that have made comment on how good the roof looks after the work. I have no doubt that there will be more business from within my neighbourhood based on the transformation of my roof.The team was professional, friendly and all round good guys.Thank you Taylor Roofs.

Had significant work done several years ago and then subscribed to their silver plan, 2 yearly roof check and gutter clean. It's worth every penny and gives us peace of mind. Very responsive to queries and professional service from all. As a local council trusted trader (check West Lothian Council website for details) you get that extra peace of mind too.

I completely trust this company. They come to do your survey first. Take pictures. Talk you through it all, while showing you everything.Trustworthy. Very quick with the turnaround from survey to fixing my issue.I expected my issue to cost me a lot of money. The quote was very surprising, in a good way.Will always use this company with any of my roof issues.

Many jobs sneak up on you. My to do list is endless but one job needed sorting before I grew much older. The roof on our house, while still waterproof was showing its age. Outside appeared not too bad but inside the fibreboard sheeting was warped and twisted. The facials were painted recently but again they were getting to where they would need fixing. Decision made. Call for quotes. First lad came in like a double glazing salesman. By the time he left he had knocked £8k of the first quote if I signed up today. Someone suggested Taylor Roofs, Bathgate. A local firm with a good rep. I gave them a call. From that first call to the finished article they were professional. The quote came in at the same value as the other quote after all the discounts. That was the price, nothing added nothing taken away. The survey took an hour. I was told exactly what was happening. The original tiles I asked for I was advised against and the reason why. The deal was done. I was given an approximate start date. Then prior to that date I received a call to say the new date a couple of weeks later than the original was fixed. The job was to start on the Monday. Friday before that date I was disturbed, retired, still in bed, 8.00am, by a mighty clattering. The scaffolders had arrived. Two hours later they were off, my house caged in. As promised on the Monday morning Taylor’s crew arrived. Then over the next four weeks the roof came off down to the trusses, reboarded, and rebuilt but always kept water tight. Now I look out and see an immaculate job, roof with vents that would not have crossed my mind, and a guarantee the starlings will not get in? The wooden facias have been checked and now have a plastic capping. Looks great. Nice lads to have working around your house. They did the job and left, leaving a clean and tidy work area. Certainly would not hesitate to recommend them. From start to finish a professional job, and the girls in the office also needs a mention. From start to finish the process with Taylor Roof was simple and efficient. It wasn’t a big job, replace a couple of broken roof tiles, however it was completed quickly and to a high standard. Communication was great with updates along the way to confirm what was happening. Would really recommend Taylor Roofs if you need any work done, large or small.

Torch felted our summerhouse. A few wee tricky angles, but no problem for them. The lads were great. Excellent communication from company. Even did the job a few days earlier than expected.

Taylor Roof guys were at the royal highland show. The guys were absolutely amazing. They were helping kids to cut slate into shapes. These guys were top class. They had such patience and nothing was too much trouble for them. Really approachable and happy to have a laugh and a joke. I don’t need any roofing work at the moment but based on how amazing and genuine they came across they will definitely be my first call.
