Lawrence and Susannah are an absolute pleasure to work with, totally trustworthy and honest with great attention to detail. They will work with you to try their best to deliver what you want and need in your horse box. I’m so pleased they are local to me in Bristol and have no hesitation in recommending them. Lawrence sold our lorry for us earlier this year. He also did some work on it ahead of selling it to ensure it was robust and safe for the next owner. I would highly recommend the Horsebox Workshop. I bought my box from them nearly 12 months ago and both Lawrence and Susannah were very easy and straightforward to deal with. They took the time to show me the boxes they had available and discuss options with me, and there was no hard sell or pressure to buy. They made some minor modifications to the box I chose before I picked it up and Lawrence also carried out some mechanical work both before I collected it and when a minor problem arose after the purchase. This was all done quickly and efficiently without any fuss and I felt very happy with the service I received overall.I have since recommended the Horsebox Workshop to friends and if I decide to sell my current box or buy a new one in the future they will be my first port of call.

I bought my horsebox from Travel Two several years ago (also fantastic service) then handily Horsebox Workshop turned out to be local and have looked after it since. The standard of work and customer service is exceptional. Lawrence has replaced the floor, added a few tweaks to make it even more perfect, and also helped me out when a young horse really tested the boxes limits with her kicks and double barrels.Couldn’t recommend Horsebox Workshop enough!
