Horrible service. Sometimes I get really good drivers, but today I've waited for 45 minutes. When the driver finally showed up, he claimed that he came to pick me up before and waited 10 minutes for me. I couldn't see his car in the dark, so it's hard to verify that claim. Communication is appalling, out of approximately 6 times when I tried to use this service, half the time I was ghosted or the driver came way too late. better stick to another taxis, this one definitely needs improvement.

Really good service, I urgently needed a taxi from Nottingham to Derby early hours, I was unable to get a train or bus to Derby so I was dependent on DG Taxis. They arrived within secondes of me ringing them and overall really satisfied with their service

Taxi was 25 minutes late which meant I had to reroute to another destination due to running late. This in turn meant having to pay for another cab to the address I was supposed to be going to in the first place. Driver was erratic and made the journey challenging to avoid feeling sick. I failed to avoid being sick but thankfully was able to expel the evil out of the moving vehicle.

Our driver last night was just lovely, he arrived quickly, drove well, was personable and kind.Great service thanks.

Pre booked a car ride for an emergency hospital appointment, for it to turn up 40 mins late and have three different drivers be dispatched for them to cancel. Called DG for the man to say it’ll be 5-10 mins, 30 mins later still not turned up. What is the point of pre booking if it’s not going to be on time? Absolutely disgraceful.

Your app was broken so I couldn't pay by card. I ordered by phone but accidentally left my purse behind. Your driver took me back to retrieve my purse and was so good natured. Please thank him for being so accomodatin

Booked a taxi for 15:30 today at 13:11 using the automated system & received a confirmation text one minute laterWas catching a train from Newark Castle at 16:01 so thought 30 mins. before would be plenty of time.By 15:39 no taxi, so rang again & the automated system told me no driver / car had been ‘found’.Called by a person at 15:42 asking if I was still waiting who then went on to say it would be another 20 mins.I’ve missed my train & I’m now late for an appointment in Lincoln which I’ve paid money for - someone is having to travel from Lincoln to pick me up & take me thereThey had 2 hours & 20 mins. to arrange a car / driver & didn’tPoor service - won’t be using again
