CREATE Fertility Birmingham

We had a great experience with Create. We went with IUI (natural Cycle) and on our 2nd attempt we was lucky enough to welcome our baby boy in July. Create were very informative of the process and we was supported throughout. Would highly recommend.

Create were wonderful in helping us start a family. From the very start they took their time to explain how things would work and really helped to tailor my treatment to my own needs. I asked lots of questions and even made suggestions based on my own research and they were more than happy to answer/oblige. We had one cycle cancelled as I wasn’t responding perfectly, I respected them for this as they could’ve just continued. We then had a cycle that didn’t work, the drs took their time to assess the situation and possible reasons, we then had the cycle which gave us the beautiful 12 week old baby girl I have here in my arms. Between these cycles and the failed ones in a different clinic, I didn’t think we’d ever become parents. Thanks to Create we have our little girl, and hopefully a sibling in a few years. Will be forever grateful and will always recommend create.

Create we’re really helpful when we were going through ivf and made me feel at ease when I was nervous about having an egg retrieval:) we are now proud parents to our precious baby :)

The Birmingham team has been really lovely. Throughout the egg collection and embryo transfer procedures the staff has been really kind and patient with us. Our patient coordinator, Jess has been so quick in answering our questions and sorting out any issues.The reason I have given 4 stars is because of the call centre. Most of the operators make promises that they will call back and never do. Also, the appointment booking for any scans or blood tests at my nearby clinic (St Albans) has been horrendous. Even trying to book 2 weeks in advance was still not enough time to get an appointment.We are happy with the team in Birmingham, however there are improvements to be made among the rest of the services.

We were very happy with create fertility Birmingham, they were open and honest with our situation and gave us every bit of information we could possibly need along with answers to all of our questions. The reception staff were very kind respectful and accommodating whilst the medical team were very informative and professional throughout the process. We didn’t actually succeed on the first attempt but we were given the option to freeze our embryos and give it another go… Second time trying was successful and we now have a beautiful baby girl who’s now 3 months old, healthy and adorable!A big thank you to Create and their team in Birmingham for completing our family.

Really wish I didn't have to give them 1 star - as I am currently a patient there, but I have missed 3 cycles because they cannot get their ducks in a row. Nurses do not call you back when they say they will, the laboratory misses tests, they charge you twice for things, they even missed the window to send me urgent medication even though I asked 3 different people to do so in the same week - they only give you one phone number to call and pass you onto the poor receptionists, whose fault it is not! And we have just barely started and I feel stuck with them. So if you have any other potential options, please do explore them!

Me and my partner had an amazing experience with create, we was very unsure on how all this process worked but create were helpful friendly and supportive. Anything we was unsure about they would always help. Our process from start to conceiving was around 3 months which was amazing I was expecting a lot longer. We now have a beautiful baby boy and we couldn’t have done it without the create team and we are so grateful. We highly recommend all staff we met were amazing. :)

I'm thrilled to share our incredible journey with Create Fertility Birmingham. In November 2022, my husband and I began our IVF journey, and the exceptional care provided by the midwives and doctors at Create Fertility truly stood out. This journey blessed us with two viable embryos, one of which brought our cherished daughter into the world in September 2023. Our deepest gratitude to Create Fertility for making this possible. We look forward to returning to expand our family in the coming years.
