What a wonderful caring service at a time when we really needed and appreciated it. So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Ian came out at 2am in the morning to collect my mum and was so professional and respectful. Danesha in the office took time and trouble to get Mums funeral just right and made me feel very comfortable and at ease.I can highly recommend this family company and would have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you both.

Ian & Denisha were very professional in dealing with our fathers death and funeral. Ian made suggestions that we had not even thought about. In all the process making the arrangements were outstanding. On the day of the funeral the same professionalism applied. Thank you both for making Dads funeral so easy at a time of sadness.

Ian has looked after 2 funerals for our family in the last 18 months. We've gone back to him because of the way he works: He is understanding and compassionate, sensitive to the family needs including matching the funeral to our budget and the experience we wanted, and lastly flexible and helpful in taking care of the logistics so we could focus on dealing with the responses from friends and family and bidding farewell. All in all, whilst its been a difficult time, Ian's support as a local, caring funeral director has helped enormously. Thanks Ian!

Ian and Denesha were absolutely wonderful during the whole process, right from the first phone call. They offered lots of suggestions which we found very useful and listened to our requests without any hesitation. Several people remarked that Ian (who conducted the non-religious crematorium ceremony for us), was absolutely perfect for our celebration of dad's life. Our family were all very impressed with how the day went.

Ian done my brother in law funeral yesterday Colin Williams. Ian made it happy if that’s the right words . He reading about Colin was so good. Ian come over more as a friend . Ian done three funerals for me and my husband Robert which was rob mum and rob brother that why we asked him to do Colin’s . Nothing is to much trouble for Ian . Having phoned a few funeral directors and the first question was always how much do you want to spend I was hugely thankful that money was never mentioned with Ian George. Ian and Denesha have been helpful, caring and professional through the entire process and I can not thank them enough for making a heartbreaking process so easy.I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use their services again.
