Have been using Marrs domestics for few months now and I couldn't say a bad thing about them, always really helpful and willing to go that extra mile. Thank you as always.

An excellent service when two other companies simply ignored multiple contacts from me to look at a leaky washing machine.I received a recommendation for this company and I was able to get straight through to a lovely lady who booked me in with Graham, who arrived spot on time on the appointed day.Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Sorted my issue out swiftly and extremely well priced. Highly recommended.

Im a landlord and contacted Mars on an off chance to see if the sell spares or know a local company that does.I can not praise them enough for the amount of time and trouble they went to to assist me and managed to get me a part. This really is top customer service, above and beyond especially as the computer was saying no.The part fitted and when tested didn’t leak -great result. The hardest part and most time consuming was actually fitting the cable tie!All round a big thank you to Phil and team.

Excellent service from Phil at MARRS. Booked an appointment to have my washing machine looked at, was very impressed with how quickly I got an appointment and how thorough Phil was whilst trying to find the fault. Fault identified and sorted. Very professional service and would definately recommend and use again. Thank you so much for a great experience. :) highly recommended.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Booked an engineer for an issue with our tumble dryer. Engineer came out on time, spent about 10 mins looking at the appliance from outside and quoted a ball park figure of £100 to £150. All it needs was to put the belt back in the drum which got slipped. He then went on to look for some spare parts on his mobile and showed something irrelevant. Clearly they were not prepared to open the dryer and check for fault which was the normal expectation. They didnt even bring any tools along. Totally wasted my time this morning. I'd definitely not be using this company or recommending to anyone. This is very poor and i am very dissatisfied!

I have recently used this company and I cannot fault them at all. Amazing customer service received from start to finish, makes a nice change to go into a shop and be greeted with friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. The chap i dealt with ( Phil ) was extremely professional and took time out to get the right product for me and my family. If your looking for quality products and sold with a smile head down to MARRS DOMESTICS... You won't be disappointed.

I have used this company recently and received impeccable service. When I came to Phil at Marrs he was brilliant I explained I wanted new appliances that were suitable for a large family but something that didn't break the bank buying it. Phil offered his expertise and guidance and I felt no pressure to buy anything at all. I picked the perfect machines and they were delivered and fitted for me efficiently allowing me to make the most of them straight away. From start to finish the staff were fantastic easy to talk to and really took time to listen to my family's needs. I really cannot recommend them enough. They by far beat any high street branded shop. The level of customer service is fantastic and the staff are very polite.
