I would highly recommend Tate Surveying. I bought a home buyers report and was very impressed with how thorough and detailed it was. Denise and Marc were also extremely helpful with follow up questions. The survey revealed a number of issues and saved me a huge headache and a lot of money - I am very thankful!

Very happy with overall services provided Tate for my building survey. I found their price range to be reasonable considering the investment involved and for the level of detail in their final report. Marc was very thorough, he even used a drone to photo areas that were otherwise not accessible. Denise was a star from start to finish, answering quickly and in full all my questions - which were a lot being a first time buyer - and always happy to keep me updated on the progress made.Would highly recommend for anyone seeking a great surveying service and a full peace of mind for their next purchase.

Marc was very thorough and more than happy to follow up the survey with calls and recommendations, and Denise was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. I've used Tate Surveying on more than one occasion and am always impressed with the thoroughness of the reports (as is a relative who is a retired surveyor!) The schedule of photos included is complete and well annotated, and invaluable in deciding which risks to accept and which to address when buying a property.

I recently engaged Tate to carry out a survey on a flat in Hove that I wanted to buy. I am so pleased that I did because not only did I discover problems (I had not even noticed) that could cost me a fortune, they wrote the report very quickly and in great detail. The team are efficient and friendly (it always helps to be treated like a person, which they do!).
