A few carers are fantastic but others don't have a clue and need the customer to explain what they are expected to do .Just phoned them after an emergency and nobody answers and call not diverted anywhere.This company needs looking into by the government or appropriate agancies

The level of care is not consistent, atleast every 6 week I have call them to complain about the level of care received. They are not very good at arriving on time to give medication at specific times, and hardly ever call to advise of their late arrival. Some of the Carers are very good but they have a high turnover of staff. If you call the office there is no reply which could be a concern if u have an emergency. We change care providers due to the inconsistency / level of service provided.

I have just started with ignite as i was not at all happy with the care i received from my last company.. I have to say that its like a breath of fresh air, the girls are so kind & accomadating and Vicky the manager is lovely with a wicked sense of humour.... Have been with Ignite now for several months & i find them outstanding & accomadating.. And most of all genuine and caring..
