I had the pleasure of working with Sarah to complete my hypnobirthing and birth prep in a box training in October. She was a joy to work with - full of knowledge, always able to answer my questions and give lots of support and encouragement to enable me to have the confidence in starting my own hypnobirthing business.The Birth Prep In A Box cards are full of so much useful information that is enough to generate conversation without being overwhelming. These cards are suitable for either first time parents or in subsequent pregnancies.I would thoroughly recommend working with Sarah.

Sarah is a thoughtful and nurturing teacher and the content is so well researched and structured so as to make it accessible, engaging and thought provoking. I first contacted Sarah when I was looking for a doula to help me achieve my VBA3C. However, I couldn’t make funds stretch so I had to give up on the idea of having a doula at my birth.As I neared my due date, I reached out to Sarah again for an hour’s video call. I was being bombarded with scare tactics and options from my midwives and consultants who were all against me trying for a vaginal birth. Sarah went through the options I had and helped me stay firm in the decisions I had made and that I knew were right for me.She stayed in touch with me until I gave birth and I’m so pleased to say that I did achieve my vaginal birth after 3 sections. I firmly believe that that hour with Sarah helped because I was very close to agreeing to weekly sweeps which could have sabotaged my birth experience.I will be recommending Sarah to pregnant friends or family. She’s just a lovely person and I’m so glad that she was involved with my birth experience.

Birth Prep In A Box is an incredible resource for families. It provides a wealth of knowledge across antenatal education, birth preparation and planning. It covers Hypnobirthing, through hypnosis and mindfullness education, as well as access to a variety of mp3 tracks to use.I am a doula and IBCLC and have been fortunate enough to train with Sarah, the creator of Birth Prep In A Box, to be able to offer this wonderful package of education and resources to my clients. It is an adaptable and flexible programme and can suit any family, in any situation, through any circumstances.

I love BPIAB and so do my clients. Clear, concise but open to delving into at your own level. This resource is a wonderful place for any prospective families to begin/further/develop their antenatal learning. It is flexible and multi faceted and meets the needs of whom ever is using it. The training was wonderful and detailed with plenty of time to talk and ask questions. I learnt new things and developed a real passion for hypnobirthing ... Yes it is trendy but is also a force for incredible good and really does give people the tools and confidence to birth in their own way. There is no ongoing cost to teach the course and you can structure your business as it suits you. Sarah is wonderfully welcoming and will answer any questions and queries you may have. I recently completed Sarah's hypno birthing course and I would highly recommend it. It was very well structured & very informative, I found the online sessions a wonderful time to meet with other birth workers & learn from them. The cards that Sarah has created are really an incredible resource packed full of essential information, very handy for birth workers & fantastic for birthing people & their families. Such a wonderful and thorough course. I learned so much and had really meaningful conversations with Sarah and the other participants. It was great to learn from other people in the birth world about what they do and embrace their knowledge. If you're considering becoming a hypnobirthing facilitator I can't recommend this course enough. It was very insightful and the ongoing community and support is incredible. I feel having the cards makes it so much easier to impart that information onto parents-to-be with consistency and concision, as well as allowing for more in depth discussion on each topic.

This week I have completed my BPIAB facilitator training and I can honestly say that I have been blown away. What Sarah has created here is nothing short of incredible. The resources are comprehensive, accessible and high quality. The attention to detail is unparalleled and I can not wait to start sharing them with the families I support.What is truly a marvel is the wonderful community that Sarah is creating here, not just for families, but for the facilitators too.
